There is a difference in stopping and eating sometimes when you haven't had a chance from being called in BUT one crew go to work then stop and get breakfast every morning. Other workers don't go to work and then stop on the clock. We eat like we should before we go ! Lunch is different because they have already been at work awhile but breakfast. I see it myself and it is EVERY morning. That is taking advantage.

Your college educated...what's that mean you went on semester, drank too much, flunked out and decided to join the marines. Then the marines...whoop dee doo...the dumbest branch of the military....a bunch of brainwashed fools who were too stupid to get a decent military career so they hand you a gun, put you on the front line and tell you which way to shoot. They pray you shoot the right way. A real man would have been a navy seal or army ranger if you had half a brain. I've dealt with a lot of exmarines and trust me they aren't the brightest crayon in the box. As for me I've forgotten more things than you'll ever know. I'm the type person you come begging for a job when your dumbass gets fired from REA. All I'm saying is y'alls sorry asses need to quit bullshitting around on the job and maybe some of these poor citizens won't have to spend so much on there power bill!
There is no such thing as an ex-Marine. Once a Marine, always a Marine. While I don't know every Marine, the ones I do know are some of the most intelligent people I have ever met. I don't know any linemen, but based I what they do, I have respect for them. I imagine they work as a team. Maybe the ones standing around have done their part and are waiting for the "other guy" to finish up so they can all move on to the next job.

I'm going to be honest with you, I don't give a crap if they live a papa's deli as long as when I turn the light switch on it works. That's just like the turd on here a while back that was complaining about a cop being at Parkers' with his car turned on. I don't give a crap about that either as long as they come when I call 911. The dumbass that started this thread needs to, ah well you know....

It must have taken them 3 days to get there, because they only get 30 miles per meal!!!!

My only complaint with REA is the price we have to pay. I hope these new solar panels will be available to everyone and reduce monthly cost of electricity. I don't care when or where the REA workers stop to eat. Let the REA Management oversee these employees. That is not our job.

what you do not understand is REA makes VERY little profit off of power, that they buy from georgia power. THEN the profit that is made is paid back to the customers, if you'd read the papers in with your bill you would understand that.

If you want a cheaper power bill, learn to turn off the lights. My kids know when they leave a room turn off the light! My power bill runs around 60-90 dollars in the spring/fall and around 120-150 dollars in the summer/winter running the air and heat.
