Ya'll don't even mention that the reason why these guys(sid and these other 2 morons) flipped out when they got stopped was because they were on the run for Assaulting a person who informed the Tribal police that they(sid and these other2 morons)were selling drugs and were witness' Against these morons(sid and the other 2 morons)in an up-coming Federal Case.

thanks for your comment. That's why the family was so worried because of the way the media put out the news. Syd DIDNOT assault the trooper, he had nothing to do with that. I know, I was there. It was a bad situation believe me and we are all paying for it. He did not hide out on the reservation for two weeks at my house as has been suggested. He would not kill you or anyone else. He didn't run Eagle Butte, hell he hardly ever really lived here for the past ten years. Dang. We all bad choices that night but we survived and are praying for all of you that ignorant to what has happened and think you know it all.

so, if you were there... who knocked the trooper out cold and left him on the side of the highway? some mistery guy on the grassy knoll, or did he just fall over? if it wasn't him and he let it happen, he's just as guilty for not helping. its like the old adage, one who lays a blind eye on those in need has done as much damage as the one who inflicted it. if for some reason the trooper would have lets say died... he would be accessory to murder, no? thats saying like you say... he didn't do anything to the trooper.

Did not know what happened until after the fact. Didn't let it happen because were unaware sitting in the car. the guy that DID do it admitted in court yesterday. All have paid the price and are so grateful the trooper was not seriously injured.
