State stiffing some Sacandaga area schools on taxes

A Staff of 28, not to mention the Taj Mahal office they built on Bunker Hill Road. Encon could probably take care of the fee collections for beach rights with existing staff. How many do they need just operate the dam?

With all the Camps on Sacandaga Lake, they should be richer than Queensbury Schools. Where does all that property tax go?
