the kaseys are no different than your neighbor who have declared bankruptcy because of poor financial skills and/or greed. defaulting on a credit card, a home loan, or payment to contractors is a legal and moral failure. just because some do it on a larger scale doesn't make it worse, just more observable.
High Commissions are good for loud salespeople like me! Maybe I should be a Realtor? If I can sell the "Washmatik" portable washing device, I can sell anything.

This you say while living in a rented mobile home, no insurance (except medicaed), and a moped.
As well as no teeth for having gotten them knocked out with your big mouth.

You need my "spellomatic" spelling devise. Words like "medicaed" will be correctly spelled "Medicaid". My spellomatic can be used by any idiot, even if you're medicated with an overdose of viagra.

BILLY MAYS lives in a big house with great health coverage.

No doubt the Raleigh Penitentiary with internet access on weekends. And I congratulate you on your good spelling. Perhaps it will reward you with some additonal time off. Now, be a good boy. Lights out now.

I wish I could have sympathy for this company but I can't. They supposedly have no money and yet they continue to destroy beautiful mountain property they supposedly have no money to develop. Their latest is on Glen Bridge RD. In my opinion, Companies like them and their excess development have been a huge contributing factor to this housing crash.

I know the Kaseys... I believe they have fallen on hard times...loke eveyone else... I dont think we need to address any personal issues.. They need support not to be condemmed. Everyone has skeletons in their closet and I dontknow any saints...They are just a small company ... look at Enron, AIG, Merrill LYnch. The Kasey's werent out to cheat or steal, they like alot of us in business just came up short when the bottom fell out of the real estate marke. I hope that this dosent happen to you
it is awful to see how hateful people are when you down, but I appauld them for not just shutting down and letting their employees lose out. They are strugling against the economy, public abuse and a whole lot of people who have nothing better to do than gossip... go find someone else to run down...
let them be.
"Sorry I can't agree with you here- especially the not out to cheat or steal part". If they hadn't burned so many, there wouldn't be such an attack on them. SEE- They borrowed a lot more money then they should have, but still failed to pay. The Court actions will show a complete accountability for where the money.

You don't live in one of their developments and they didn't take your money and leave you hanging did they? Everybody is in this hard times, but i do believe there had to be laws that were broken for so many people to be left in a bind.

Is Kasey the same outfit that built that ugly building in Weaverville near Tractor Supply, that appears to be empty now?

The kaseys have DELIBERATELY done things that were underhanded and coniving and then tried to justify their actions by blaming other people. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT. And they should be very ashamed of themselves.

Their actions are indeed worse than the average citizen because the were hired by hundreds of clients to hold a position of trust and they are bound by a code of ethics- which they ahve repeatedly disregarded.

They are reaping what they have sown.

Before it is over they will have to AT LEAST tuck their tails and move out of this area.

Yes, we had an option when we chose them as our realtors. Since then we have exercised our option to NOT use them. It is quite apparent many others have done the same thing.

Realtors who continue to work for that comapany are foolish.

My favorite part of the article is at the end where they say that they owe the Citizen Times over $155,000. No wonder this is front page news.
Gee, Just Wondering if the Asheville Citizen-Times will give me a $155,000 credit line? What makes the Kasey's so special to the paper's accountant?

Okay, what about all the other tree-less developments: Bartram's Walk, Grove Park Cove, Thoms Estate, the Ellington, that Kenilworth mess, etc? Where is uh uh uh uh Scott Shuford and is Gerald Green having a hard time finding work these days?
