Public servants here to serve?

I was chasing my dog that had gotten loose near Solstice Spa. I saw an officer and stopped in the right hand lane to ask him for help.

Stacy is a fine and upstanding Officer of the law. Worked with him at Rental Uniform before he got on the Dark City Police Force. He will help a soul anyway he can. Some public servants don't need to be one. You happened to run upon one.

They don;t come any better than Stacey, however Black Mountain Center is patrolled by the Department of Human Resources housed at the Julian Keith ADATC Center. If you call them I'm sure Chief Birchfield would correct this problem.

While I certainly appreciate the distress a loose pet can cause, it's in no way a law enforcement officer's job to chase Fido down. It might have been a nice gesture, but too many people get "to protect and to serve" confused with "at my beck and call."

As a side note... if this is the biggest problem you have with the local PD, then the town is doing very well.
