Rick Hendrick is as pig. It's as simple as that. Based on the evidence he built his car business on fraud and corruption. It's a fact. I hope he goes broke. Lot's of people in North Carolina will agree with me. Most of us in business could be successful like Mr. Rick if we used the corrupt methods he has used over the years. That loser should have gone to prison for many years AND he should have had his assets seized under the RICO statutes. If he had been caught today he probably would be sent to prison for many years. And the Nascar drivers he has should be ashamed to be associated with his company. Look at poor Dale Jr. Not only can't he win a race but I bet his night club goes under anytime. Just my 2 cents.
Hendrick could still buy his way out of a criminal mess. Politicians and the justice system are even more corrupt now than ever.

The only thing Rick Hendrick had was an innate fear of federal prison. He had a doctor diagnose him with leukemia prior to the start of his trial to try and garner sympathy. This is a guy who paid his $250,000 fine in cash people. He never showed one symptom of leukemia and is the most active longest living survivor in history. He was guilty of 20 different charges and was only convicted on one. He is like most crooks who use there money and beat the system. He had a friend the president of Nations Bank at the time proxy forward 500k to the Clinton foundation to have his conviction vacated right before he left office.

You got that backwards Sparky. It's up to you to prove that he DIDN"t have it. That's the way it works. Since it's already on public record that he was sick, the burden of proof is on you nimrods to prove otherwise. Mrs JJ doesn't have to prove a damn thing.

I fully believe it was all orchestrated to keep RH out of jail. But he has not stopped there with is shenanigans. He has now purchased 5 consecutive Cup titles for Jimmie Johnson. It was once said that that the odds of any driver tying Cale Yarborough's record of three consecutive championships were astronomical at best. Now we are to believe that this bunch can win five? They have had repeated rules violations with only a finger wag of penalty. RH has bought his way out of trouble and into the record books yet again. A proven convicted criminal, but those idiotic HMS fans believe every word he says.
Uh, Jimmies five titles came because NASCAR forever changed the sport with the "chase for the championship" which allows only ten races to count and he was the benefactor of it, JJ had many disasterous runs in that five year period but was always safe from missing the chase.

Without the chase, Gordon is a six time champ, Edwards a two time champ and Harvick a 1 time champ. Hendrick would have gotten more than its share anyway.

JJ is only a two time champion (06, 09) based on season long driver points the way Earnhardt and Yarbourough won theirs, JJ is a sureshot to win it this year by 36 races.

Also the reason Yarborough won 3 straight titles back in his day is because only a handful of drivers ran the full schedule, besides Allison, Waltrip and Petty (who was winless in 1978, Cales 3rd title year and drove sick most that year), the only others that ran full time were people like Dave Marcis and Richard Childress (when he drove) but had limited resources thus were incapable of being big winners but place high in the points.

It wasn't until 1979 when running for the championship became a high priority because TV got involved, DW and Petty had a fierce battle and the sports focus on the title instead of just high dollar individual races began there.

Hendrick is a crook and a liar.....don't know why he isn't running for a Senate or Congressional seat.
His lukemia was "convenient" to say the least and anyone can fake being sick if the doctors are on the payroll.
Rick was supposedly getting chemotherapy and every one loses most or all their hair going through that torture....but not Hendrick.
Seems no matter where you go Hendrick fans will never face the truth....they have excuses for everyone and everything.
Faking lukemia is nothing if you got everyone paid off.
jimmy Johnson was 0 in BGN and no better than average in IROC......how he can win 5 consecutive championships is suspect.
Better driver, better car, better pit crew. No rocket science here.
