The Peoria Arizona Public Body, Police and City Officials are in hot water with what is being exposed on youtube.com/whistleblowerjob where activists have caught the Peoria Police on tape and in action abusing citizens in retaliation for reporting criminal conduct and corruption within the city including forman sworn complaints against Stephen Kemp, City Attorney.

On Friday July, 18, 2008 Maricopa County Superior Court Deputy Court Administrator Karen L. Westover finally caved in and admitted that no Judicial Orders exist that Peoria Police and Magellan Health Services, Inc. claimed to have when the incidents caught on Home Surveliance video and a camcorder were captured.
