Oh, there is more to Cordes Lakes then posted previously. It is just not a 'spot' to visit or 'miss'.Just do it good, decent, be not afraid nor meek to make it better. It has good basic bones, especially good for young strong-backed pioneer types. Retire, try to make it very, very simple, and expect nothing but what you can do for yourself here, and for the community spirit alone in this community.

It's still the congeniality of the people in Cordes Lakes, apart yet and much from Phoenix and Prescott.

I have lived in Cordes Lakes my whole life....I have visited just about everywhere eles in the states, there is no place like home. However I feel like it is being takin from us!!! People move here from all over and bring the party with them. I am very upset that people like Robin and Jerry Shultz come in here and want to change everything! Everybody moves to Cordes because they can be left alone to do their own thing, and the people are nice. I dont really know what this had to do with your conversation, but I just wanted to get off my chest that I do not want Cordes to become like everywhere eles. Oh and I think I might know Chuck.....I will check it out.

Peace and serenity around the revamped Crystal Lake area including the walking trail and spme cool by-owner large sized lots for sale for your future. The unusual, thoughtful items Wagner's General Store carries and the NICE, NICE people there. Check out very top shelves, also. The super inexpensive auto garage where they tell you no if it doesn't need repair, on Black Mountain(turn right off Stagecoach). The no ATM fee usage charging a purchase at the Shell station. Drive the whole small community and find the breathtaking you never saw nor will see anywhere else. You will find the hands out help info from us ordinary locals here. We have a 'hidden' cultural enclave, not known outside this community. Understand our high profile of pioneering and what we have brought to our community. See ya soon.
