It happens to hungry cats all too often. My son rescued a stray kitten with his head stuck in a cat food can trying to get something to eat. He couldn't see where he was going and paniced and had run out into a busy street. My girlfriends cat suffocated that way. People should always squeeze the tops of food cans as closed as they can to prevent such things from happening. |
