Is it on their land or is this just make believe from Soros Funds.

The anti-Americans got caught actually lying to a Federal Court and have been trying to repair the damage with more outrageous actions and lies. The lies to the Federal Court shows bad intent. The Injuns speak with Forked Tongues. It takes heap big balls to lie to a Federal Court. They likely also salted the land outside the reservation with a couple pottery shards.

Here is the Federal Judge's ruling. He apparently considered the extreme PR he'd get by holding the Injuns in Contempt of Court and throwing them in jail, so they got off without lawful reaction to their lies.

Their bad intent is also clearly shown in their insistence that the Corps of Engineers reconsider the WHOLE PIPELINE, which of course is outside the Corps' legal authority. A more succinct overview of the Injun and Soros paid, violent protesters, than the above .pdf file can be found at The Daily Caller... https://tinyurl.com/hbxh5u7

Couldn't they have just ran the pipeline below the Indian reservation and crossed the river where it would never affect their water?

Snowflake, the Dakota Sioux don't have a legal leg to stand on, the pipeline isn't on their land and couldn't possibly effect them, there water supply was even changed free of charge by the pipeline company, they better get prepared for more butt hurt.
They need to plan these project routes to be ran below the Native American reservations when possible.

Saw pictures of the protest 'camps' they built on a flood plain of the Missouri River. 200 acres of garbage, burn out cars, tires and tons of human waste. When it got cold the millennial hippies just left their crap for someone else to clean up, just like their other 'protests'. Funny thing is the flood plain is upstream from the Indians water intake.

A little on the trashy side.
That still don't give our government the right to disrespect the Native Americans.
Couldn't they have routed the pipeline below the reservation?

It is just a pipeline.
If it is feasable to take it below the reservation that is how it should run.
Respect is a choice and America should respect our Native Americans.

They could have run it on the originally planned route north of Bismarck, ND.
But that route was abandoned due to the same concerns, only it was white folks putting up a stink.

The whole "native" thing is make believe, they came here from somewhere else just like everyone else.

Look at the graphic. There are already 2 pipes running in the same location. This is just politics.

This about hippies, eco-terrorists, and radical leftists race based anarchists and agitators!

The Dakota indians were pushed out from the political momentum.

Even the elders and more traditional Standing Rock legit enrolled registered ARE tired of hippies and terrorists holding Cannonball hostage.

Standing Rock formally voted to have hippies removed and told to leave.

The pipe smoke has clouded the mind.
A pipe dream is in the clouds.
It still should behoove planners to respect Indians in doing these things when possible.

This country ought be more concerned which country in the world is gonna blow this place up first instead of worrying about dinosaur poop. Idiots. Maybe China, Maybe N.Korea or Russia. Remember Rome fell. You Whyte folks never had any respect for the earth you stand on, You have no ceremonies of respect for nature and the God you claim you try to believe in. But when there's a catastrophy you cry Oh My God. Let me tell God is not here today for those who worship their own self fulfillment and greedy ways. MAY YOUR GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOU!

Meanwhile, the Democrat paid terrorists are sabotaging the pipeline with holes and welding equipment. The government and the companies should offer a bounty for the ears of these terrorists.
