Due to the cowardness of the fire chief to answer questions despite several attempts by all all means to contact him by myself and the Kfvs 12 I team I have consulted with an attorney and will be filing a class action lawsuite to an inquiry and an audit of all books and moneys used as a non for profit organization and as part of that lawsuit will be asking on behalf of all residents of the district to recieve a refund of all tag monies collected frauduently since the passing of the tax district.

John Q, you are so sadly mistaken and misguided, Bismarck has a fire district voted in by the voters, but they do not have tax funding. Tax funding for the fire district has never passed, which itself is silly on the part of the voters. Why vote in a district and vote not to fund it with a tax levy. Truth is the tax levy for most will be equal or less than what a fire tag would cost. One difference would be, the city residents too would have to pay for fire protection.
Now you John Q, you rattle on but never presented any truth of facts to anyone who can verify within the city. It probably would be wise for you to stop posting and drop it and go about be the miserable person you appear to be.

the only people you are hurting with a lawsuit is the people of the comunity. you are forcing the fire dept. to waste there time and what tight budget we have to go to court and pay a lawyer just to prove that you have no case and that you are nothing more than the town drunk.

The tight budget didn't stop you from wasting money on a lawsuit to stop the fire district from lawfully operating, or a lawsuit to keep an inelidgeable person on the board, why worry about it now?

who supports dickey as chief?
who would support funding for the fire district through tax levy?
who would not support funding, nor supports dickey as chief?

I support Steven as chief. I would probably support a tax levy if it was presented well and with clear facts about the budget, the needs, the tax burden it would create, etc. As it stands now with all the fighting and all these nuts trying to sabotage the existing fire department, I would vote NO on a levy. I am not saying the fire department is perfect, but these people with the psychotic vengeance against them seriously need medication or something. I am not willing to give them money and power if they should somehow get back on the department or the district board.

Good idea. It was that mentality that kept the illegal fire association operating over the legally voted in fire district. The "psychotic vengeance" of the association defeated the tax which would have funded a fire district in order to keep these inept people in place. Good luck down there.
