Judge it!
If he stabbed him after an altercation, why were phone lines pulled out of box on OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE?
Seems to me he was planning to do something and didn't want the victim to be able to call for help. Or maybe his partner pulled the lines?

Arrest made in murder
OCEAN CITY -- Worcester County authorities charged a Pittsville man with the stabbing death of a 77-year-old Pocomoke man in what appears to be an argument over money.
