STAY OUT OF TROUBLE AND YOU DONT HAVE TO FACE THESE JUDGES!!!!!!

Stay out of West Bloomfield and Bloomfield hill and you dont have to worry about anything. When a drunk driver kills one of your family member or friend maybe you will see why they do what they do.

I was pulled over on a suspended license first offense that I didn't know about. When I went to Court Judge d'agostini raised my bond to $5000 dollars, and called me a menace to society. I was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when pulled over. I didn't have $500 on me to pay the bond so they took me to the bench then said I had to go to oakland county jail unless I didn't get someone to drop off the money within a half hour. The police officer hung up the phone on me while I was talking to my Dad and said he didn't have the time for me to explain directions. He was going to take me to jail. I had to tell the officer I was Bi polar and prescribed Valium and would have to be taken to the hospital first has I can't go without my medications which I didn't have. He let me wait after I threatened to sue them. My Dad picked me up and brought the bail money. I thought this was excessive for my first court date. I think they want to send you to jail and raise you're bonds only to get extra money. Plus she embarrassed me in court. They were rude and didn't treat you like a human being especially considering I didn't commit a major crime and at this point I pleaded not guilty. I felt the bond was set really high especially after I already paid a bond the day I got pulled over. Plus they keep ten percent of you're bond when you're case is over. I ended up having my case in front of Judge Barron and they owe me money back. I think Judge D'Agostini goes way too far their was no reason to try to send me to jail that day and set a bond so high it covered all my fines and court fees plus i got money back. It seems like a way too make extra money to me. I read before going their how their sentencing is so much harsher then other courts, which is unfair and not justified. I live in Birmingham and I know this is West Bloomfield court, just because these are wealthy high end cities in Michigan doesn't mean they have to treat people different then in other courts. I'm sure everyone makes mistakes and the people making comments about "if you didn't break the law in the first place" are missing the point. You still have to be judged fairly and I think first offenders deserve a chance to prove themselves. I think its funny people going to jail for an MIP but we have so much trouble putting the Corrupt Elected Politicians in jail. I wish Judges would focus more on that. I wish the legal and political system were more interested in catching and sentencing real criminals. I have to say Judge Barron was very fair and reasonable, and Judge D'Agonstini over uses her power to the point where was flat out shocked. Lucky I was able to afford an attorney that got my case moved to be in front of Barron. Even the probation officer said if I was in front of either of the other judges I would of been sentenced to Jail.

Someone please tell me daugistini lost the election. Last time, I admit I voted for her. It was a mistake! She never got her gavel on me, but I know a lot of people that got fucked by her. She should leave the bench and become a dominatrix. That would be a job I am positive she would excel at. But come to think of it I bet she already is one.

I am 19 years old and was charged with retail fraud for stealing a 12 dollar pair of sunglasses. I had to pay a 1200 fine, 8 WWAM sessions, therapy 2 times a week, and one CASA meeting 2 times a week. I violated 2 times both by being 5 mins or less to WWAM. I then get a charge upnorth and was innocent of the charge and it ended up getting dropped. Judge D augwhatever did not believe me when I told her I was innocent of the charge. She mocked me in court. She sent me to jail for 45 days for obtaining new charges. So technically, I was in jail for no reason. I was sexually assaulted and was beaten in jail. This piece of..... Ruined my life. I was mentally stable and in school when she sent me. Now I won't leave my room. I hope you are reading this you nasty, ugly, sad excuse for a human.

control women judges and the Hitler like police force torment homeowners with regular police 'raids' and invasion of constitutional rights. Mostly to get your money to keep up their socialist life style.
There have been 5 home raids by the Bloomfield Township police in my neighborhood in the last 1.5 years. They target teenage parties, use weak excuses to invade, break the laws after entering (Look up Spencer vs Bay City), put your kids under strict probation, make them take random breath tests for a year, make them pick up trash on weekends and pay for the privilege, attend therapy 'you are a drunk' meetings on the other side of town, take away their drivers licenses.....This is only the start. Eventually your teen is likely to end up in Oakland County jail because the traps they lay are nearly impossible for an 18 year old to navigate around.
The breathalyzer machine at the police department probably makes them $600/day in mandatory, court ordered breath tests.
The police department uses your tax dollars to hire local attorneys to coach them on how to ease around your constitutional rights, dish out home search warrants on the weakest grounds and crush your kids, family budget and sanity. All while doing Gods work for the radical group> mothers against drunk driving.
What I saw in a year of working through the system is that it is a big social program giving out easy jobs, great benefits, plenty of vacation and all the 'stuff' you don't get in the real world. Nobody I met could water the flowers at my place of business.
Don't believe me, go to court someday and watch them put teenagers in jail for under age drinking.
Fact from the Detroit news: In 1980 one in 20 Michigan government employees worked in the corrections department, today it is one in three.
Question: Why don't they raid the houses in Pontiac? They don't have money like the 'rich' guys and they do have a lot more guns.
Unbelievable, become active and fight back legally.
Yes, you are most definitely right. Grew up here since 63'. After university, moved out, to Miami.

Bloomfield township, are akin to the SS. They will coerce, led by a dirty detective, who will

make threats, to impose jail time. The list goes on.
