Lanie, are you talking about that rag, The Pinson Clay News? I think that bottle blonde lady publishes it out of her doublewide.

I call it the PissonClay Views because there isn't any "NEWS" in it. News should report both sides and all FACTS backed up with a little research. This is a glorified toilet tissue.

I read that the for profit company, BJC that handles the AC for Birmingham, wouldn't let Jack be rescued, because they said that he needed to 'recuperate' at the AC before going to a rescue. WHAT? Any other rescuers here EVER heard of an AC that a dog should be recuperating at? Especially one that just proved a couple of years ago, with that dog Phoenix, that being in that facility is not good for any animal! He came in fairly healthy, held only because he was a cruelty case, and when he left, he had lost some 10-20 lbs, had HW's, mange, and cuts and scrapes all over his legs. But yea, they needed to keep Jack so he could recuperate? IMO, they were waiting for him to recuperate from the azz burning he got when their staff drug him across an asphalt parking lot when they 'captured' him.

Well jen we asked for proof the town's people lit their torches and came out with insults and and lies.. Not once did anyone and I mean ANYONE, provide proof to any inquiries. Instead they sent the dog to a so-called rescue ie. an ex employee, in Texas, THEN as a poke named several dogs up for adotion after the people who inquired about Jack. It was nothing more than a hillbilly fest. These people should hide their faces as they have failed thier community.

There is a 'woman', and I use that term loosely, posting all kind of insults and vile comments to people on the Pinson News page about Jack, saying that BJC is so wonderful, that they did so good with Jack, and not just there, she is all over the internet posting the most evil BS to anyone that disagrees with her. You'll know her when you see her profile picture, looks like she's got some skin disease and has a head tilt thing that's going on. She says' everybody is on a witch hunt, but if so, they don't have to look any further. I'd say the witch has been found....

Hey how many reporters does it take to cover a dog's medical expenses?

None! Ha!!

Jackson, Tennessee — While homophobia is not uncommon in today’s society, there has been a general move toward the acceptance of all sexual orientations. There is, at times, moments where blatant discrimination still occurs. Thankfully, no law in America allows for the killing of a human because he/she is gay, but is it different for a “gay” dog?

The dog, whose name is not identified, was dropped off at a high kill shelter after his owner decided that the dog must be gay. The behavior leading to this assumption included the dog being “hunched over” another male dog.

It is worth noting that this type of behavior indicates dominance over another dog, as opposed to attraction. Not only is the owner of this animal flawed in morals, he is also flawed in his logic. The shelter, unfortunately, does not have enough space to house the dog and if the dog is not adopted immediately then it will be put to death.

UPDATE: Fortunately, the dog has since been adopted after immediate backlash on social media sites, and in the media. The dog now named “Elton” was adopted by Stephanie Fryns, a veterinary technician, according to ABC News. While this pup may have been judged before, he will be in a much more accepting home now.

Now remember to remind people if they want to post about this, don't do it on the PissonClay view FB page. Ms. bottle bleach keeps deleting posts that don't agree with her and her little clan and when you really hand them their asses she blocks you..LOL So becareful she really needs to control the situation for obvious reasons.. All her little buddies got booted off the rescue page because when there was no one there to cover up for them their true agenda became obvious and everyone got fed up.

Actually I don't believe anyone was booted off the rescue page. But several of the extremist had to be blocked from the news page for their language and inappropriate comments. Seems they went Into attack mode when some didn't fall in line with their radical views.

Come on stooges, come on over to a place where you will get as good as you give! Come to a spot where you can't cry to 'mommy' when someone gives you back the same insults that you dish out. Maybe one day you will get your head out of the sand and realize YOU DON'T KNOW IT ALL. In fact, you know very little. While you sit back and pat BJC on the back for saving Jack's life, if not for the stink that was raised by the picture showing him being drug across an asphalt parking lot by the BJC staff, Jack would be in a landfill today.

Seems all you have to do is ask a few questions to get kicked off of either page... But you'll have that when the locals can't give a straight answers and have so much to hide... They don't mind a facility clearing a million dollars and having a 70% kill rate.(?) Is there by chance a local chemical plant sitting right next to the water source there? It would sure explain a lot!

It was inappropriate and crued comments by radicals who's hormonal imbalances and sheer ignorance to what is actual abuse that caused them to be banned from the news page. I've talked to several reputable local rescues who have spoke highly of BJC and the care and respect given to every animal they deal with. The extremist don't care for any facts that don't fit the the groups agenda and attack and insult anyone who presents them. Some folks just insist on staying uninformed and ignorant to the truth.

This thread is more of the same. Names and insults from the radical, not one rational comprehendible thought or point between them all. They loved that PN was visiting BJC but when it didn't produce the evidence needed to fit their misguided (at best) narrative, it then becomes a rag. lol. They are a shameful joke and harm the efforts of people who truly care for animals. Speculative dribble.

Noticed that not all states have the same degree of punishment for animal abuse. For instance in the beautiful state of Al, the max is ten yrs in jail and a $5000 fine. In other states like say Ohio for example it's a max one yr in jail and a $2500 fine. It would be nice if some of the other states that lag behind could catch up with the efforts of Al to stop legitimate abuse. Those folks have some work to do. Unfortunately for the poor animals in those states, it seems little will be done in addressing their short comings when they spend time rehashing incidents they were (thank goodness for Neo) unsuccessful with. Despite the interference and attacks, the local shelter knew and done what was best for poor Neo and now he is thriving.
