we need more manufacturer to come to Birdsboro but with the crazy ass high water and sewer bills they would have to close up a year after the open the avarage bill here for the home owner is $400.00 every 3 months so for the avarage small manufacturer your bills would be $3000 /$4000 every 3 months. this is one crazy town when it comes to water & sewer
