There's more than one site in Birdsboro and Union Township that deserves some attention - Here's a hint from the International Property Maintenance Code:
If any premesis owner fails to comply with a demolition order, the code official shall cause the structure to be demolished or removed, and the cost of demolition shall be charged against the real estate on which the structure is located and shall a lien be placed upon such real estate.
I'm paraphrasing of course, but this is right in the IMPC, under section 110
Also in addition to amorcast - how about the burned out property on furnace st?
