Another crook that they should just schedule a public hanging for. Nothing gets the point across for the next ones in line like a good hanging.

Many folks in Rice Lake are ashamed of this hometown boy. At least his son, the current mayor of Rice Lake, has not followed in his footsteps. Good for you, Romaine A. Quinn!

this guy spends so much time in court when does he have time to do anything else?? Check out WI court access. Probably most of the money went to St. Croix Casino, he wants to sound like a big shot so he says Vegas.

What's funny to me is the witness saying that hes been shot a few times and that " it aint scary to me anymore, I'm just worried about my kids." which is probably a couple of lies.

First off the people are knotty in rice lake and deserve what they get.It is a Damn shame when we treat check writers and people stealing money, more seriously then we do pedos, drunk driver.with 10-11 plus convictions! They are nosey and waste cops time for little be things like.kids sitting in a parking lot listing to their stereos and chilling with their friends.also for those who.have never been it is a click town with serious clicks and if you don't fit in right from the start you never will.
