these things are usually huge messes and you never really hear the whole story. ill have to wait on this one before the final judgement.
ive seen how the elderly can get confused and hear what they want to hear. plus alot of times 1 sibling is playing the mother against another sibling wich is also abuse.

Well ive lived in situations in the past where i wirnessed a child make blatant lies about a parent so she could live with the other cause she had more freedom , now ive also witness adults play elderly mother against other brothers sisters for whatever reason . So go ahead and call me nuts but im waiting on this one. marijuana, prune juice, painkillers , alcohol . very bad combinations indeed.

It happens in Chico too. A very sick woman working way past retirement as a nurse in one of our local nursing homes does so to support her greedy daughters constant bills. The daughter is like 300 pounds and takes her moms car all over the place. The poor nurse works the night shift and WALKS home because the fat lazy daughter won't even wake up to take her home. We all knew about it but the nurse is crazy and insists we all let her deal with it on her own.we told her it is elder abuse and we are reporting her daughter and she started to cry and threaten suicide if we interfered, yet she tells us all day after day what her daughter does to her. She didnt even have electricity for months so she could give her daughter more money. Then she started just giving her daughter her entire check. She ate the residents leftover food. God it was so pitiful.She was finally forced to retire. Don't know if that fat daughter lost weight by not sponging off her mom but we all think she takes the SS check now

Funny how you all believe what you read...do you do that for everything? Yes, if you only knew the whole story you would be shocked. I am guessing the mom doesn't even understand all that is going on here. This is the case of an ever jealous sister taking revenge and using their dear old mom in the middle...and then putting it in the papers to give yourself a pat on the back. Wow, hope she sleeps well at night. What is so wrong with putting your name on your parent's account to keep life out of courts? Isn't that the common sense thing to do? Sham on you all for believing what you read. You should be sad for yourselves.
