Taking copper from old abandoned buildings and recycling it should not be a crime.
I am shocked to see so many good people arrested.

Everybody knows right from wrong, no second chance. people learn from stupidity so they should get a light punishment if they've never been in trouble from the past.

these dummys didn't have to steel copper, NYC pays to haul it away, theres plenty of scrap metal to pick up from the Sandy storm
