Nobody but Ryan put a disbarred laywer, Ed Crumb, who "kept" his client's money, in charge of the finance committee at the plant.

Wouldn't a good place to begin closer finacial oversight be to get reid of the guy who keeps his clients money?

I was just curious if you remember what his "plans" and complaints were - in regard to the sewage treatment plant - during his failed bid for public office...

You know... like the plan that less money should be spent on it... and complaints about segments being shut down ( faulty work by prior admin )...
