He got a so-called TIA because he got an anxiety attack when he realized the amount of worked involved with running a campaign.

A TIA attact is nothing. I've had numerous TIA's and the most work I ever missed because of them was one day. A little blood pressure medication normally keeps it under control. BTW.. Doesn't Garo have a brother who is a doctor?

If he used that as an excuse for dropping out of the campaign he merely was trying to save face. BTW, Garo's family has ofered several timesto give him money to cleanp his lot on the corner of Clinton and Jarvis. But given the spoilt mama's boy that Garo is, he reacts with a temper tantrum rather than listen to the voices of reason in his own family
