If you're going to copy / paste stuff that you've already posted... then why bother changing names when you post it here... i.e. why not use the name it was originally posted under which in this case was Vox Nonpopuli:

Just curious...

Here is a lesson to our thread starter...

When you steal someone else's intellectual property and try to redistribute it without permission... your posts will get removed...

Something to think about i.e. yes lil Eddy - the rules do apply to you.

I wonder if he's been knocked out of commission or just on probation.

I have no idea whether they locked out the IP address he was using or not...

We'll just have to see if he what happens... and maybe keep an eye on the police blotter to see if his name shows up there...

Let's look at the various criminals, miscreants, riffraff and scum Matthew T. Ryan has associated himself with:

Patricia Schwartz: convicted on embezzling taxpayer funds while she was Binghamton Treasurer. Apparently for stealing $17,000 she gets to keep about $8000 and never spends a day in jail. Keep in mind Schwartz was just getting through a personal bankruptcy when Ryan hired her to be treasurer.

Kevin Transue and Daniel Rose - Binghamton's former water superintendent and a former employee are convicted for their involvement in illegal dumping in the Susquehanna River. The suppose environmentalist mayor, Ryan, somehow missed this???? Or perhaps it was Ryan's cue for his negligence that sent 580,000 gallons of sewage into the Susquehanna River when the treatment plant collapsed

Robert Cavanaugh: A Kirkwood man is sentenced after stealing money from people who hired him to do home improvements. Cavanaugh was a close personal friend of Matthew T. Ryan. In fact at least of the checks cashed in the rip-off bear Matthew T. Ryan''s countersignature and Cavanaugh used the mayor's name and Binghamton Code Enforcement as part of his schemes.

Edward Crumb: formerly disbarred Binghamton lawyer who was suspended for three years by the NYS Bar Association of "keeping" $35,000 of his clients's money. For this exemplary behavior Ryan appoints Crumb to the sewage treatment plant board and the finance chair where Crumb handles millions of dollars of taxpayer money.

Davone Nealy - Accused of counterfeiting (possession of a forged instrument) and felony possession of an unlicensed firearm after Matthew T. Ryan put him on a neighborhood watched committee and used taxpayer funds to send Nealy and others to Albany for a public security seminar.(fox in a hen house????)Nealy worked on the Ryan campaign despite earlier convictions and/or arrests for other crimes.

Former water department employees , Robert Winterstein, 60, of Howard Avenue, each face one misdemeanor charge of theft of services. Each is alleged to have tampered with a water meter to avoid paying for some of the city water pumped into his house and Binghamton Water Department laborer Tommy Dunbar, 48, of Floral Avenue, Johnson City, also is charged with theft of services. Prosecutors allege he and an unnamed person tampered with a water meter at Dunbar's JC home. In their defense they work for Ryan appointee Luke Day who was put in charge of the DPW despite not meeting the required qualifications nor having any relevant experience or skill.
James Dessauer - The federal government began an investigation in November 2005 into a now-defunct non-profit formerly headed by Jim Dessauer when about $500,000 went missing. Ryan appointed Dessauer the city's planning director in 2006. The investigation has prompted some concerns on Binghamton City Council. "I don't know where he (Mayor Matthew T. Ryan) finds these people from," John Cordisco, D-9th District, said. Dessauer was fired soon after he botched the O'Neil- Ross Building demolition project that cost tax payers $750,000 when Ryan told us it was cost $40,000. The Ryan appointed loser Tarik Abdelazim to the job!!!
And of course there are all Matthew T. Ryan's numerous police incident reports and arrests and conviction. Ryan's lawyer John Perticone who is also Broome County Election Board Democratic Commissioner, sealed Ryan's Vestal arrest and conviction prior to his Town of Dickinson court appearance for harassing Democratic mayoral candidate Josephine Burrell. Ryan obtained an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD), something he likely would not have received with the conviction listed on his record. Ryan then appointed Perticone's wife Merry Harris as Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Binghamton. Nice how that worked out for them.
No doubt there are other questionable characters staffing the Ryan administration but this is a good list to start with.

Ed Arzouian - will you ever get over the fact that Matt Ryan stole your girlfriend from you?

Wow - that was a lot of derp Arzouian...

I mean we get it... you dislike Ryan... and sure - like every other administration - there are things they've screwed up... and nobody is arguing that...

But...

To post that with the Schwartz bit without looking up exactly what the plea deal etc. was... to blame the current administration for the shoddy sewage treatment plant phase 3 work done by the prior administration that led to it's collapse... and to wrap it all up by proclaiming that because some Dept. of Water laborers ( lowest men on the ladder ) tried to scam their own water bills... that this means the Mayor is responsible ?!

Really...

You were doing so well for a while... but now suddenly you're going off the deep end again... so what's the deal... were you on meds and stopped taking them or something ?

Wow, what a collection of misfits and losers....

Either Ryan is as crooked as they are or he is totally clueless.

Between the time she was caught / arrested and the initial trial... do you know how much if any of the money she had already paid back... and at that initial sentencing - are you sure there wasn't a plea deal cut i.e. pay back what hadn't been yet and be on good behavior... if so then probation and if not then secondary sentencing / deal not met ?

I mean really... in your own posts you've said you're confused about what is going on... so it seems strange you're running from one site to another plastering your juvenile rant multiple times on each one...

Michael,

You have moved from ELM to BGM and you are still so wrong. You do not have gravitas in the political area. Why do you continue to post? Take some college work at a major university in the political-economic area. Your ignorance is astounding.

Michael enjoys making ASSumptions without any basis in reality.

How much money did Schwartz repay in TOTAL then Michael????

Tell us?

If she repaid more why didn't the local newspaper bother to point that out?

Oh wait, you can't tell us how much she repaid because you are irrelevant and have ZERO information to provide.

You are the one making assumptions... reading an article in the local paper and then assumed it meant that she had not already made any attempts / partial repayments... and then spamming this site and others multiple times with posts based on that assumption of yours...
How much money did Schwartz repay in TOTAL then Michael????
Thank you for verifying what I suspected and pointed out above... that once again you went on one of your lunatic rants without even bothering to gather all of the facts... now get off your fat lazy butt and get the information yourself...

"Schwartz was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay back $9,429 of the total amount she stole."

Very specific....very clear.

But of course Schwartz is but one of the riff-raff Ryan brought into city hall:

Patricia Schwartz: convicted on embezzling $17,000 taxpayer funds while she was Binghamton Treasurer.

Kevin Transue and Daniel Rose - Binghamton's former water superintendent and a former employee are convicted for their involvement in illegal dumping in the Susquehanna River.

Robert Cavanaugh: A Kirkwood man is money from people who hired him to do home improvements. Cavanaugh was a close personal friend of Matthew T. Ryan. In fact at least of the checks cashed in the rip-off bear Matthew T. Ryan''s countersignature and Cavanaugh used the mayor's name and Binghamton Code Enforcement as part of his schemes.

Davone Nealy - Accused of counterfeiting (possession of a forged instrument) and felony possession of an unlicensed firearm after Matthew T. Ryan put him on a neighborhood watched committee and used taxpayer funds to send Nealy and others to Albany.

Former water department employees, Robert Winterstein and Raymond Castelli, face one misdemeanor charge of theft of services. Each is alleged to have tampered with a water meter to avoid paying for some of the city water pumped into his house and Binghamton Water Department laborer Tommy Dunbar, 48, of Floral Avenue, Johnson City, also is charged with theft of services.

Ryan then appointed Perticone's wife Merry Harris as Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Binghamton.

And that's just the stuff we know about!!!!

As noted in the another thread you're spamming on this site...

It's obvious to anyone that knows the timeline that the story is from a couple years ago... and evidently showed up on the website due to a dating / database issue by the site admins... not a huge conspiracy as you claim...

Furthermore...

Even a little bit of effort would have led you to the information that her plea deal was to pay back the FULL AMOUNT and to work weekends ( free / community service type thing ) in the jail...

The thing is though - you've been too busy ranting and raving to be bothered with checking your facts... but we're all used to that sort of behavior from you.
