Speeding on Route 363, into downtown Binghaton

A car went by us yesterday morning, Friday, Sep't 21, that needs to have the driver ticketed! It was an old Cavalier car, blue or turquoise in color, and the license plate number is FTT 1029. It happened on Route 363, going into downtown Binghamton, and through the construction area on that road (somewhere around where it crosses Court Street). The guy had to be doing 75 or better (probably 80), and I would guess probably 50 or 55 through the construction area. I followed him up Riverside Drive, and he went into Lourdes Hospital, where it happened I was also going. When he and 2 females got out of his car, they were in no hurry at all walking into the Main Entrance which is now in the back of the hospital. It was obviously NOT an emergency.
Keep an eye out for this guy, police!
In case you're wondering, I caught up to him because he had to stop for signals.

It happen's all the time everywhere you go, just unscrew the inside of the valve stem to each tire and let the air out and keep the cap's, just make sure you disguise yourself for the camera's, and if you have the time to wait for them to come back out to there car and see their face's can be alot a lot of fun and even more if you have friend's with you, they should know why this happen but some jurk's might not, so leave them a note on th wiper's.
