I really like chili cheese dogs with extra onions - gotta use Hoffman's dogs and home-made chili, and shredded cheese, not that processed crap! Nothing better than a plate of these and a couple cold ones while watching football!

I did the chili thing last week...

This week it's a big ole pot of beef stew as the staple for lunch...

You aren't from Ohio by any chance - are you ?

Geoff and I were talking about chili earlier and a place I eat at ( Skyline )when I'm working over in that area... and they serve the chili on top of spaghetti...

Nope, not from Ohio or ever been there. If you try sausge in chili, bake the sausage first to get some of the greese out of it.

I like the traditonal recipes, anything altering in such extreme needs to have a name to it, whats the name of a dish with sausgage in chili over noodles called?
