According to local, bias, daily newspaper rag, The Press & Slum-Bull, Senator Tom Libous won NYS's 52nd State Senatorial District in a "landslide".

Good news for Broome County.

Libous took more than 60% of the vote. It was 64.4% to be more accurate.

So I guess County Executive Deb Preston won in a landslide as well since she took over 60% of the vote as well (62.54%).

Did you get that Tarik (and Matt)...., you lost in a LANDSLIDE!!!!!

But you know what is ironic, Abdelazim with his 37% of the vote, 2% less than Ryan, was just about as popular as Ryan.

So really, when you think about it, Matt Ryan had no more business being mayor than Tarik did trying to be county executive.

Can we frack now????????

Climbed a mountain and I turned around
And I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills Till the landslide brought me down...

Landslide, Tarik, landslide.

We're looking forward to you and Lea Webb splitting the vote next Binghamton election. Who knows both of you might elect Douglas Whacko Drazen!!!!

Well...

Lea aka Geofff aka Michael aka Matt aka Michael aka every other id you've used and will use on this site...

When members of the local Republican party have to tell you to stop your nonsense on the forums etc. because you're making them / their constituents look like complete nut cases...

Would you mind explaining exactly why you believe starting right back up after the election... with the same multiple id nonsense... and the same sort of idiotic and often plain old repugnant attitude and statements... suddenly becomes morally and social acceptable behavior for you to engage in ?

Thanks in advance !

Good news for Broome County.
Good news for Broome County? This area has been going downhill ever since he was elected into office.

That's good news in your eyes?

You are pretty pathetic Arzouian.

Yes, there is a correlation between Libous and this area's economic demise.

While he and his fat cat donors feast, everybody else in this area gets the crumbs.

Unfortunately, he has built an entrenched, powerful political machine in this area and will be difficult to be removed. Lupardo is the only one with a chance to unseat him.

“The "trickle-down" theory: the principle that the poor, who must subsist on table scraps dropped by the rich, can best be served by giving the rich bigger meals.”

― William Blum

And Ed Arzouian somehow thinks that is a good thing.

Landslide!

No Lamb.

No Orzel.

No Abdelazim.

And that despite Democrats making gains in most places. That shows you how out of touch the local Democratic Party is here.

Actually, it shows just how out of touch the citizens in this area are.

The thing is that typically by now you would be trying to take credit for the various candidates winning... and we're a full 24 hours in / after the election... and you haven't done it yet...

We're all very proud of you... and we're happy to see that your new medication seems to be working...

Now if they could just figure out something they could give you to stop the multiple personalities from coming out... then Geoff aka Geofff aka Mary aka Sotero aka Lea aka Matt aka Michael and so on from Hallstead... you might actually be fit enough to rejoin normal society... maybe even get a real job...

One can hope !!!

:-P

You mean like Matthew T.Ryan????

Since he took office violent crme has increased by 50% and Binghamton now has the highest taxes in the state.

Thank goodness for you, Ed. Your efforts to exposed the lying hypocrite's incompetence have not gone unnoticed. Tarik's loss by a landslide made that clear.

Let's hope we can start fracking in NY state soon

Ryan took office right before the Great Recession.

Libous has been in office 23 years.

Talking about yourself in the third person is really creepy Ed.

Seek help.

The creepy part is what he posted up there... he thinks with his name calling... his threats against people including other users of this site...

He has actually convinced himself that those and his other atrocious / disgusting actions are an example of him doing a good thing...

Sigh...

One would have thought that the local Republican party telling him to shut up and go away ( again ) during campaign season... would clue him in... but it seems it just went right over his head...

There are a couple high ranking people in the Republican party that really think he should be committed. They don't want to be associated with him in any way.

I know... I know...

I thought I had mentioned it on the Gannett forums but thinking back - though maybe it was just between emails with some of the other users from their site...

Anyway - I received emails from a number of conservative folks apologizing for his behavior / threats aimed at me... making it clear that Arzouian's actions were NOT representative of them or the party... one of those persons that emailed being quite well known / respected in the local circles including the Republican side of things...

Yet here he is... cheering things on as though he were a part of them as opposed to the person that most of the local Republican party just wished would fall off the face of the earth...

I wasn't aware of that. The one I speak of is from a source I trust. This person has been right many times about things from inside County HQ before they became public knowledge.
