Sporting a big black eye, Moran's excuse changed from tea-party activists John Maas broke into her home and assaulted her, instead she slipped on a loose tile in bathroom and hit her face on toilet. Most alderman, CID officer's from OSPD, fire dept. and ambulance where at her house when she stated to the officers that Maas broke into her house and assaulted her. Highly intoxicated, she was transported to OS Hospital under an assumed name, treated and was released. After sobering up, police advised her to re-cant her story. OSPD records claims no record of this event. Moran did accuse Maas, Scott Walker's sign man, of petty larceny, which resulted in an extremely expensive federal law suit filed against Moran, OSPD Benward naming 20+ witness'es in a 1983 Civil Rights law suit in the southern district court. Jury trial is expected in July. Alderman confirm John Edwards has been paid an outrageous fee so far to defend Moran, with city tax payers footing the bill. How many times has Moran been named a defendant in law suits against the Municipal Ins. Co. of Ms. How much has been paid out? What increases have the taxpayers of OS unwittingly paid for the defense of her own personal actions? What type of insurance rates have taxpayers incurred? Will they continue to reject FOYA request? These are public records! The public needs to know. Is there something they are trying to hide? In closing WHAT THIS TOWN NEEDS IS AN ENEMA!!!!!

What, pray tell, are you babbling about? I can only assume you are trying to tell the bloggers something about the mayor. You come across as incoherent and malevolent. If you have a message you think should be imparted to the residents of Ocean Springs please state facts, not rumor and innuendo.

Here's what's going on! It's easy! McKay is so freaked out about all his bad publicity that he is resorting to malicious libel any where he can! He sees the writing on the wall! He's going down baby! He has several nut jobs doing his dirty work for him! Absolute desperation from an absolutely deplorable candidate! Better get your baptist preacher praying, cuz you're going to need it John McKay!

I've read the complaint in the suit that was filed. It should be dismissed and the guy filing it made to pay costs. If the city has to pay out legal fees on this one, it is because they are defending a frivolous nusience suit. And yes, above the law does sound lie a nut job.

Message to the John McKay for Mayor Campaign manager (Linda McKay) TOO LITTLE TO LATE. NOT ABOVE THE LAW should change to NOT A BRAIN IN MY HEAD. DMR fishing trips paid for by the taxpayers is for real and has been agreed to by most I have spoken to as WRONG. McKay may not pull out the check book and pay for these trips but he will pay in votes on June 4.The demand letter from the state auditor's office will be delivered to many prior to the federal indictments and who those people are "IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION-NO COMMENT"

You never have to worry about two things winning a spelling contest or getting John McKay elected Mayor of Ocean Springs.

You good people in Ocean Springs have a pathetic choice, apparently: A sitting mayor who doubles as the town's version of Otis or a nincompoop who thinks it is a good idea to highlight his ethical problems by publicly asking for absolution by the State Auditor before he was sure he would get it. But look at the bright side. What you have is something of a slapstick comedy whereas we in Jackson have a serious problem. Your sitting mayor has been so fortunate to have a series of nimrods to run against her.

I am preparing to file a civil case against moran to be filed monday in county court.then I will call all who were there to the stand under oath. Then we will see how many city alderman and police will be willing to face felony charges to protect the queen.Making false statments to police,is criminal. If FOYA requests are denied by edwards,I will go federal. In closing,I dont care what happens to Mr Mckay,he is not mayor.he nor anyone has to pay me for the truth.

Not above the law aka not above a 50 IQ. Nobody has any idea what you are talking about including you. Are you deranged, mentally ill or just a McKay supporter in need of attention? Please have your self readmitted to whereever you escaped from.
