Day-care center plan raises traffice concerns in Billerica

Why can't the day care center be built at the site of the old Ditson building? That sounds like a more suitable place for it. Another option could be to hold off on the center until a new school is built to combine the Parker and Vining (Of course it will be a cold day in Hell before that happens!) and build the center on one of those sites. I don't see how they are going to fit that center in that tiny spot of land.

here we go again lets fight any everbody who wants to open a business in Billerica. lets see we fight Home Depot, Power Plant, people this is not a quaint little town like Lexington or Concord. Wake up and smell the river!

My guess would be because OMNI Properties doesn't own that lot.
