Hopefeully this project manager can get the windows installed properly unlike the new Ditson. The right thing to do here is to merge the Parker and Vinning by expanding the Vinning and completely gutting and renovating the Vinning.

It sounds like they want $400,000.00 just to study it. If it needs to be repaired, put the $400,000.00 towards fixing it, instead of looking at it!
