Lowell home searched for stolen property

For the second time in a month, and just after a federal judge refused to prohibit them from doing so, Billerica police served a search warrant Friday night on the Lowell home of Brian and Michelle Kennedy, ...

Family is a bunch of winners. Mom & Dad busted w/ stolen merchandise. Kids being harassed by Billerica Police, yeah right. Kids learned from mom & pop’s example. These people are incorrigible - we need 3 strikes and your out for folks like this on lower level crimes. They are all just a bunch of dumb low lifes. Lowell police now have their hands full wasting way too much time on dealing with the Kennedy family. If Billerica police find evidence from the town of Billerica that the Kennedy family is still plaguing the town then they need to keep on the backs of this family. Moving to Lowell was just another way to keep penny-anty crime going against the towns people of Billerica. They didn't figure on the fact that the Billerica police would still go after them. Now they are trying to plead that to the Lowell court system. One thing they forgot though - Lowell court system is the same system that prosecuted quite a few of their crimes while they were in Billerica. Or course those were the county-level crimes. The state and federal crimes were prosecuted on the state/federal level. Billerica is very happy that they are gone and we are not going to give them a pass on commiting crimes in Billerica just because they moved to Lowell. I'm hoping they're moving to Concord next - the big house at the rotary with the barbed wire around the top.

Great idea. I just did mine. What is it going to take to put these people in their place. They seem to have gotten away with alot of crap over the years. I hope it doesn't take someone getting killed in order to for them to get locked up. Of course it would be someone innocent since Billerica and Lowell seem to be the victims of these monsters. Don't these losers realize what they are doing to their kids reputation and future? Do you think the Kennedy's read these forums? Don't they realize how much they are hated? No Class, No Morals, No Nothing.

They never got any $$$ from the other suit yet. It's been appealed and they won't get away with it again, not with the Lowell police.

Billy Ashton beat his mother up so badly several years ago and left her for dead in the bushes and nothing happened to him and his mother even testified against him. For some unknown reason the Kennedy's have been allowed to get away with everything for such a long time, I don't ever see them getting brought to justice. I wonder, with the break ins that are happening on the Billerica/Tewksbury line near the trailor park if they are related to Ashton and the Kennedy's.

I have known this family for many years, UNFORTUNATELY, not by my willingness. They are the SCUM of the earth. They dealt drugs in the middle of the road, and SO MUCH MORE, because they knew the Billerica Police couldn't do anything because of their claim of harassment. I am a known witness that the Billerica Police Dept. NEVER HARASSED THEM!! They are WELL known for editing their tapes,(KENNEDY'S) and I am so HAPPY and HONOR THE BILLERICA POLICE DEPT. FOR FINALLY getting those PIECES OF TRASH!! And my comment to the Kennedy's lawyer is this: There was a movie w/ Al Pacino as the devil who protected lawyers, you know you will suffer in your personal life by representing them. God always wins. Money is the devil itself, the Bible even states that.
