Boyer and Hollabaugh can use their 2009 taxpayer funded USDA Subsidies of $56,318 and $17,409 respectively to fight the stinkbugs. Where is my subsidy?

Stink bugs have infiltrated my house, they're already getting to be too much to handle this year.
