This sounds all too familiar. One of my friends was once in her court and was being over zealously charged, and rights were being violated by the Judge Kober. His lawyer recognized this and wrote the judge complaining of this injustice and told her there was enough evidence to have her removed as a judge in his case. He then met with Kober and was released of all the judge's previous sentences to just his fine. He still has the copies of the letters wrote to the judge by his lawyer, so that he would not have to face her in the Stillwater Co. Justice Court because of her personal vindication towards him. What these people need to look at is what is your right to due process UNDER THE LAW, not just what she thinks she has the right to do (behind the barn).

The county attorneys are no better in these counties. Former Stillwater County Attorney Eddleman countinued to file charges with no evidence or investigation up unitl he recieved 4 federal inditments for cocaine. The county attorney do not have answer to anyone on who they charge or do not charge. They can have a signed confession from a guilt party and choose not to prosicute and need not give a reason. I found this out after complaining to the state attorney generals office. INJUSTICE IN MONTANA

Daily Horoscope for December 16

Virgo

Today's New Moon in your fourth house of new beginnings and family matters signals that a new chapter is about to begin in your home or family life. There might soon be a new member of the family; you could be about to move house, or a home improvement plan might get the green light. Prepare for a change to the emotional atmosphere, perhaps with increased tolerance and understanding between you and a certain someone.
