I wish I could find it also. Our daughter and her hubby live between Fairview and Kellogg on Cathedral Oaks. We could almost find nothing, she living right there said local news did not even have information for them. There needed to be a website for people that needed to be able to get in touch with families. There was no power, if it wasn't for cell phones we along with them would have been frightened to death.
We lived in the fires of Agoura Hills, Malibu area for several years. I know how frightening it was for us.

I was in Santa Barbara for Jul 4th weekend till Jul 6th evening (about 4 pm). I did take the Glenn Annie and Fairview Ave. exits on US-101 highway. I went up north till Solvang too. Those areas didn't look as though they were that much affected. At least, the stores were open and people were seen on the streets. I went to the K-Mart on Hollister Ave (I think thats the name of the st.). Not sure of the current situation. You will need to check with local authorities.

If there is anyone who can give us a map of where the fire has been and where it is headed. I am particularly concerned about the hills beyond Cathedral Oaks and the La Patera area. It's hard to be so far away and not know anything.

go to the Santa Barbara county's website (countyofsb.org) they fire/evacuation maps with great detail. I'm watching like a hawk as we have a campsite booked at Refugio state beach next week, but the youtube footage is putting into prospective what is really important right now and we may be doing more community service/donations than beach combing on our vacation to the beach from Las Vegas. The whole community is in our family's thoughts.
