I think it is a shame his office is open my children was patientsof his.I willbe contacking a layer and medicaid to see if medicaid payed for my sons braces.i also paid for the braces almost 6,000 dollars.If he was paid twice i will be sueing him.It is a disgrace that he got rich off of low income families who struggle everyday. He deserves every day he gets behind bars is where he belongs.He still has the balls to keep his office open. It is a shame.

Boycott the crooked B*&*&*^s place of business.
The optometrist is Big Stone Gap is just as crooked, some of my in-laws had a pair of glasses made by them and paid cash. They were informed that the UMWA would not pay for glasses and about three months later, the in-laws received a copy of the billing he had submitted to UMWA for the glasses. He collected twice for the glasses.

And U wonder why the politicians never seem to be able to "fix the health care system" along with some many other systems that are broke. Let me tell you why. Because the people that keep them in power are the same ones that are screwing U poe folks and me folks.
The United States is the most corrupt country on this earth. That corruption is controlled from a building in Alexandria, VA. It's called the "Grand Lodge". However U poe folks will keep them in power just a long at they let U in on the lies. In that case U all are getting what U deserve from Dr. S and his "brothers". The entire incident was greed motivated. Dr Shelburne is a good man from a great family, he got greedy and greed has brought down many a good man. He filled 2 of my daughter's ghost cavities and wanted to fill 4 others but I had her seen by a second dentist. I do not begrudge Roy but feel sorry for him and more so his family.

I thought dr shelburne was a good man until i heard the news of what he has done know i think he is a low life who should have to pay back what he has practically stolen from thousands of people i guess he has taken my money along with tousands of other peoples to pay for the house and cars that he has.

Is the office officially closed? Honestly, Roy is a nice, friendly person and all of this doesn't change the man's demeanor. I wish his case was easily decided by dna, etc., I sure hope and pray that he or anyone else isn't falsely convicted. He seems so calm and very sure of himself...jmo

The dentists in st charles and big stone accept medicaid, another myth debunked or shall I say another lie to add to the many on some peoples lists.
Call the dentists, ask if they accept medicaid, you'll be surprised at how many do.

Hey Bill, Here's your sign, note, he has been proven guilty in a court of law, not before the fine citizens. No one pre judged him, this lie came up after the trial, along with blaming everyone and anything they could imagine.. As for medicaid dentists there are 2 DENTAL clinics that presently do and accept medicaid and have NO plans to stop! One is located 6 or so miles from roy shelburnes practice. His son flat out lied in the little letter he posted. I'm sure by now his classmates, etc. are getting a huge laugh over the whole letter. I'm curious as to what else he lied about, or misrepresented to his "peers"<<<l mao!! Silly billy, you are a fact-lacking fool, face it!--And trying your scare tactics, is really pitiful!!! It's over, he's going to prison, noone to else to blame. Has anyone forwarded his and his sons letters to the judge? I'm sure he'd be amused by both. I want to know who the whistle blower is and if there really is one getting paid 25%. Also, Addie, wasn't there a nurse with a home for the elderly from pg that was convicted of medicaid fraud like to the tune of 1 mill and was sentenced, etc. in Abingdon, also?

I dont recall, I remember a few who were fired for stealing drugs and the guy (owner?) who swindled the hospital.
