Judge Paul Banner is presiding on a case in Marshall District Court. He seems to think that ordering a injunction to hide the fact he is in violation of Texas laws. He has ordered injunction preventing a nonresident from filing notices on North Dakota property. The state of Texas does not have any jurisdiction in either matter. The injunctions are invalid, illegal and constitute fraud. It raises question to why a judge thinks they have any jurisdiction when the state clearly prohibits it. It raises question to his credibilility in violtaing the law. I can provide documents to prove his illegal actions.

Paul Banner was and is a man of dishonesty. His record out of Greenville,Tx states that.
