Mr. Cooper is a hero --Law enforcement should be ashamed of the tactics they use --they break more laws on a daily basis than any pot dealer --keep making the videos--raided his house , WOW ,what a surprise

The war on drugs? It's just a money making justification for enormous police budgets, helicopters, all to prevent.. what? Someone from smoking a joint? Legalize the crap and focus on drugs that actually HARM people like meth and crack. Alcohol does more damage and costs more money and lives than MJ. Check the facts.

well just because there are things out there which can impair judgement and are legal does not give an automatic pass for legalizing mind altering substances like pot. All I need is an airline pilot to get high before the plane gets high..if you know what I mean.

You mean like the couple who got drunk before they took off at MIA last year? Doesn't matter if it's legal or not, it's prevalent and legalizing will just free up prison space for what it's really needed for.

Yeah, well a pilot could just as easily get drunk as a skunk before your fight...if you know what I mean.

yes but you take the same chance with getting on a plane and the pilot being drunk...

hate to break it to you, man, but that is one of the lamest arguments to use, along with the kids will be doing drugs if they're legalized.

because as the incident at MIA in the last year or two shows, pilots can show up drunk, but drinking is legal. that is why they were busted because they were drunk while flying (i know it was before they took off, but if you get in and start the preflight, it's while flying). i'm sure any legalization would have the same kind of penalties.

as for the kids, they have access to any drug out there from their friends. if you legalized it, they would have to present id to purchase, which means a certain age.

i know kids could still get drugs if they were legal, but they can get alcohol and cigarettes now, and those are id type laws. some just skirt the system, but there would be less of a problem, IMHO.

It's a shameful industry, in effect "war on drugs" is war against civilians and it's kept up for all the reasons you state, plus the alcohol and tabocco lobby want to keep their poisons as the only legal choices.

Cops employ such biased tactics that there is no difference between a street gang and a police department.

Well, there is one difference: the police get away with murder each and every day.

If at all possible, I'd rather deal with my drama myself. Even when robbed I didn't call the cops. It would be like getting victimized twice.

Facinating comment on teaching the k-9 dogs to false alert so they can search the car. I have been telling people about this for years. Would it be a criminal offense for a police officer to use this fake dog alert to search someones vehicle?
unless the dog suddenly starts talking, how are you going to prove it? although weed is pretty harmless, i'm waiting for other ex-cops to jump on the band wagon & start selling tapes on how to conceal weapons or cover up a murder... i'm all for the legalization of weed, but this isn't helping that movement at all, its just making people hide it even more!
