Roy herron is a disgrace to the lowest kind of man, I understand he has filed papers in federal court against fincher for something he say happened, he is spending a lot of tax payer money for his own gain.but then he is good at that every time someone starts running against him,so he needs to go from both jobs the one he is running for, and the one he has already.

Herron is playing dirty. He buried himself on this one. His true colors are showing now that he has real competition.

Fincher's an uneducated hayseed dork. He'd have to be directed on EVERYTHING if elected. Question is, who'd be doing the directing? Not only that, why did he lose his Mayberry accent in the latest commercials? It's probably why he wouldn't agree to debate Herron. He knows he's an idiot and would come off proving it. We don't need to elect anymore uneducated buffoons. We've tried that with Philip Pinion (uneducated preacher) and see what it got. He was put on the Nashville Banner's list of do-nothing politicians who just show up and follow along. Bill Sanderson (uneducated washing machine salesman) would be another.

I have known Roy Herron all my life... I have never been so disappointed in how he is handling himself in this campaign. He does not have my vote.

He does not owe anyone anything other than the people willing to vote for him. No more lesser of two evils for me.

Donn understands the proper role of the Federal government and isn't afraid to enact or retract policies to reestablish that role.

I think we are all forgetting Mr. Donn Janes. He's got it he has always been about the issues. It is time to vote for the one who is about the issues and not mudd slinging. Vote. Donn Janes.

I don't agree with the Bashing that Herron is doing and I don't agree with Fincher's avoidance techniques. Guess that leaves the independent candidate. I do not agree with voting strictly by party affiliation either - as I think right now the parties are so pitted against one another they can't accomplish anything. Let's vote for people who want to work for the people that elected them instead of promoting either the Republican or Democrat parties.

A refreshing candidate who can change the way things are done in Washington instead of allowing Washington to change him. He will represent the people and not special interest or lobbyist. As an independent he will only answer to the people he represents; isn't that what the House of Representatives is supposed to do? Time to make that happen!

Janes is forgotten because he is forgettable. The most memorable issue, of Janes, is his desire to "move Congress" back to the individual state capitals. However, Janes does not explain how such a move would save state taxpayer's money, nor does he explain the burden to the state, or the fact Homeland Security is, now, against such a move because of security concerns. Polls have Fincher with nearly 60% approval, Herron in the 30 percentile, and Janes with less than one percent approval.
