Jury out in Huntley bank robbery trial
A McHenry County jury is deliberating the fate of a 19-year-old DeKalb County man charged with robbing a Huntley bank at gunpoint, after his trial came to an abrupt end this morning without him taking the witness stand as his attorney promised.

Thank God not one of you was on the jury. What you dont know is that the judge would not let the defense admit evidence to prove his innocence or that the feds had already caught the guy in the millbrook case or that the prosecutors ego fueled this wasting the tax payers time and $ on a case with zero evidence and if you think for one second that innocent people dont get wrongly accused and that everyone who does is guilty may this happen to you or someone you love. You should see the photo line up they gave the 80% sure witness right after showing her the sketch,5 guys that looked nothing like it and Matt whos picture was somehow brighter. Wake up people the system is crooked and fueled by unchecked egos.Anyone with any intelligence would know you cant believe everything you read and that lots went on in that court room that wasnt public knowledge.
