Teen admits intimidating witnesses

A teenager plead guilty to intimidating witnesses in a case that includes a loose-knit gang accused of burglaries and attempted murder.

This kid needs to be locked up for good. He's a piece of trash and deserves to be treated like that. To scare people to death and then threaten them. This is why these kids don't need to be bonded out.....leave them in jail. He needs is butt popped.

There are certainly a lot of good kids out there. I applaud them.

However, many are not raised with good moral character, and this is what happens as a result.

Once the "kid" is 17 years old, good luck. If he leaves home without permission and you call the police to report him as a runaway, they will not even look for him.

I'm sorry Victor, but I'm having a hard time understanding what you're implying here. Are you suggesting that our entire legal system should be eliminated? If you pissed off a cop should he be able to fabricate evidence and then cart you off to prison?

Sure, all signs point to these kids being guilty, but the reason we have a legal system is to protect all of us.

No....his family and friends were swarming earlier posts of this story saying he was TOTALLY innocent and was along only because they had a gun to his head. How can they practice good parenting when they don't even believe it when they are caught? I'll bet they STILL don't believe it!!

Oh what a shame, WHATEVER. Nowadays these are the kind of kids that deserve to be locked up, and probably their parents too. A kid does not turn out like that overnight. Reporter needs to make corrections. Cody was not involved with the prior break in's. Not making excuses for him but at least if your going to report something get it right.

You are right...there are many great kids and the ones who aren't...well you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make them drink...meaning some of the parents have done the very best they could to instill good morals in there children, however they went in the wrong direction, they made the choice not the parents!

I didn't mean to imply that it was the parent's fault for the direction in which young adults decide to go. We all have to be held accountable for our own actions.

fed-up is right! all you people who have nothing better to do than sit on the computer and bash on kids you know nothing about need to just leave it alone and stop being the ones to judge. if anyone should be allowed to judge them, its their families, friends, and god. none of you other people matter so find something better to do with your lives.
