Just because someone can't DIRECTLY identify someone doesn't mean the police don't have other information on him. They may have his fingerprints at the crime scene, you do not know what information they have, do you? My friends were the one's who were tied up, and my friend's wife was the one who was shot. Yes, I do believe in innocence before guilt, however, in this case I honestly believe the police have a case against this man. If he wasn't guilty, he wouldn't have escaped jail and ran to his family members to help him run! I hope they face charges of helping an escaped felon too! Just a thought...<quoted text>
here's the thing... The people that got their house broken in to CAN NOT EVEN IDENTIFY Good as being one of the robbers! No one EVER SAW HIS FACE!!!

Ya know something? I DO know what a person goes through while in prison, I WORK IN ONE! I see everyday what prisoners go through. Do I feel they are all horrible people? NO, I honestly don't. I feel that some people have made mistakes when they were teenagers and end up becoming a statistic while incarcerated. A few prisoners where I work have been locked up since they were 18, and they are now in their 20s and being paroled out soon. I just hope it's not a culture shock to them, and that they can rely on friends/family to help them straighten out their lives and not back up in the system!
I am also friends with the man whose home was broken into, tied up and his wife shot the next day. Why don't you tell them they have no proof of what happened? If he wasn't guilty he wouldn't have ran, that's just my opinion. I also feel his family members who were helping him should be facing charges as well, for helping an escaped felon. My friend and his wife have to live with the horror of this experience ever day of their lives. I'm sure they suffered post traumatic stress and were probably scared as hell when Mr. Good broke out of the jail. I'm glad he was caught, and I hope he gets a fair trial.
