Here is an update from Woodtv's website. The body found was the man running from the police.

MUSKEGON -- Officials identified a body found in the Muskegon River as Fredrick Andrew Hodges, who was last seen on November 27, 2005.

Hodges' body was found in the river in Big Rapids Township on Sunday, and his identity was confirmed through dental records.

On that date, he was last seen running from police, and is believed to have drowned accidentally.

Goes to show, you shouldn't run from the cops, and for petesake don't jump in the river.

My sympathy to the family. Hopefully they will have the closure they need to move foreward now. How tragic that this man's life ended because he was running from the police for failing to pay for some gasoline.
