I just looked up this mans record. There is no way in hell he should have ever been let out in the first place. Our system is seriously flawed.

That's what I was wondering.

It says he was sentenced to a minimum of 15, maximum of 40 for his 2nd degree murder conviction.
He was sentenced in 2002 and let out in 2006.

Something is very wrong with that.

He must have been given credit for time served, because it looks like he's been in prison for the other offenses since the early 90's.

he was let out because his conviction was over turned due to the fact of being under age and without lawyer and or parent when questioned he made case law from what I hear and thats how he got out .

Be your own law! Our legal system is broken.

You be the judge but God judges you. See, a perfect circle.

But for that particular charge on his offender webpage, it says "Offender Discharge." To me that implies release after sentence served. You'd think if it was overturned on appeal, then it would say "Order Terminated" or something similar. Who knows.

The wording for each "Discharge Reason" is very confusing to say the least.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Sagittarius

It's important to be discriminating about what you say and believe today. That's because communications are rather strange, with people saying or doing odd things and plenty of scope for crossed wires. Be very careful if you're attending to important details because for some reason your brain may switch off at the vital moment, leaving you prone to making mistakes or losing track of what you're doing. Try to double-check anything important tomorrow when your brain is back in gear.
