Elmira Murder Trial: Angry Outburst

The outburst happened Tuesday afternoon in Chemung County Court between a witness on the stand and family and friends of Demetrius Molina, the man on trial.

I know of them all and they are not innocent. An innocent man who loves and is devoted to his family and has a girlfriend who is expecting does not go around dealing drugs, does not hand out his phone number to every girl he wants to get in bed and he does not put his family he so called loves in jeapordy by possessing a gun. I do not believe he needed one for hunting purposes and if he needed one for protection, then the question would be who is he hanging around where he would need to be protected? No wonder he is defended, the statements made on their behalf are from people who indulge in the same behavior. Oh I wonder what has happened to our society..THINK ABOUT IT!
