Residents threaten lawsuit over Schlumberger project in Horseheads

A group of Chemung County residents is preparing to sue the Village of Horseheads, if necessary, to prevent the proposed Schlumberger project from proceeding without an environmental impact statement.

you wouldnt want Schlumberger to drill in your community not unless you want containamented wells. in Rock Springs Wyoming Schlumberger contracted US Transport to move its 30/50 sand that was used in fracking gas wells the sand has 200 chemicals mixed in with it instead of disposing of it a an EPA approved toxic waste dump they took it to the city dump and dumped there and told the workers at the city it was clean sand now Rock Springs water supply is in peril
