If there were NO witnesses as it states in this article, and the cyclist was killed, how do they know it was a dodge pickup?

Mack's attorney, Paul Vacca, said from the beginning and reiterated in closing arguments that his client was in Elmira the day Shaw was killed.

"There were also, I believe, four witnesses that we had testify that were there at the time of the incident that indicated they knew him and he was not there," Vacca said.

For the Shaw family, there is still one more question: how long Mack will spend in prison.

"It's still difficult, because it's not over yet," Grayson said.

Terrance Mack is expected back in court for sentencing on June 3rd. He faces a maximum of 25 years in prison and a minimum sentence of five years.

Q: How can you tell a lawyer is lying?

Take time out to renew your spirit as today's New Moon stimulates the need to spend some time in self-healing.
