No ticket, not told to turn my music down or anything like that. Just tired of him harassing my vehicle. And making bogus traffic stops.

Assumptions assumptions looks like you are trying to make an ASS of yourself. Let me be a grammar Nazi but it is biggoted with 2 g's and redneck, no space. Rednecks drive trucks not cars. Just so you don't profile me like Humphreys, my truck is legal. I don't pretend I'm anything. I hate everyone equally, I don't care what race a person is.

I have met this person. He was nice to us. I find usually the people complaining about a police officer are the ones breaking the law.

. More people should complain when these "civil servants" act like they are above the law. Thanks to Bill Clinton they are no longer required to "protect and serve". They are now just cowards with power who break the very laws they swore to uphold. They also have no respect for anyone's constitutional rights. I have been a passenger in a vehicle driven by a person that is 55 years old and did not have a traffic ticket or any other criminal record until Officer Humphreys tailgated and followed this person longer than he is legally allowed to do until this person got nervous from Officer Humphreys' passive-aggressive intimidation tactics and swerved slightly then Humphresys turned on his lights and issued a ticket for driving left of center.

So Betty Lou I guess you would bow down to these arrogant pieces of shit instead of standing up for your constitutional rights; if things came to that? You and people like you who are too scared to stand up for what is right even if the one doing the wrong is a "law enforcement officer" is why America is so screwed up these days. Go on and support these cowards who abuse their authority.

wow, you jumped on that woman because she said she met him and he was nice to her. She is right also. In general people who complain about an officer is the one breaking the law. If your 55 year old friend freaked out because a cop was behind them, they should turn in their license.

What ever she didn't "freak out" like you are assuming. Just like Betty Lou, you want to make assumptions. Legally a cop is not allowed to follow a person for more than 3 turns or more than one mile. Also tailgating is a traffic violation. Like I previously stated this officer had followed for longer than he is supposed to and he was also tailgating. You are just as bad as Betty Lou with your readiness to assume that since I have a complaint against an officer that I am automatically doing something against the law. I moved here from a much larger city than this little rinky dink town and these cops here pretend they are working in a city as large as Indy. I know for a fact that the window tint on my truck is legal (have documentation proving that) but these pathetic examples of "law enforcement officers" this town insist that it is too dark. Funny thing is one of the windows that they are complaining about has no after-market window tint on it. It is a replacement window direct from the manufacturer with tinting known as "privacy" glass. So you might want to think twice before you assume that someone is doing something wrong when clearly I know and comprehend the laws better than the cops this town has.
