Crw212 your halter rumor is just that A RUMOR. You told someone earlier who wanted info on someone to go to the court house that it was a matter of public record. Exercise your rights go to the court house, then go to the police station and then go to the jail and get all the records you can on Halter being arrested and post the results. If you think all local law enforcement is corrupt contact ISP and or the FBI office in Indy have them look into the so called cover up and get back with us on your findings. Or BETTER YET MY SHIFT STARTS AT 3pm TUESDAY JUST WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE POLICE STATION AND YOU AND I CAN WALK INSIDE TOGETHER AND SIT DOWN WITH WHO EVER YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH ABOUT THIS RUMOR.
