Apparently, the only area newspaper to carry the news of this most recent action on the part of the Willingboro Township Council has been the Burlington County Times (Oct. 26).

Isn't the dismissal of the top appointed official in one of the largest communities in the area without notice or comment on the part of the council of greater concern?

There must be something going on but it doesn't look like the ink-stained sleuths in the area have the sources to let the rest of us in on whatever it might be.

Anybody have a clue to share?

Changes within would seam to be not very legal. This is not the only internal change to raise an eyebrow and am sure State Auditors would be very interested...Someone should look into the matter...It is not pretty...

I am trying to find out some information on the Willingboro school district. Wasn't there some controversy a year or so ago with the school board and district?

I don't know why this story just turned up now, but that's just like the media to bury some stories for several years until the heat dies down and then have them come up again around Christmas when no ones reading anything. Talk about insane!

It didn't just "turn up now" you did. This thread is clearly from 2006.

What's the agenda here? I could see commenting on one old story, but seems that's all you're doing. Bringing stories from 6-8 years old up like they are current.
