Hillsdale Officer breaks laws we are ticketed for

Why does Hillsdale knowingly employ an officer who has not paid personal property taxes since 2004? Why is he allowed to ticket our residents when he is driving an escalade with expired plates? The city has even loaned him the personal use of a police vehicle because of this situation. We need our city paid vehicles keeping us safe, not for the personal use of a officer who does not even live in our community. If he can not afford his taxes and many of us can not maybe he should sell this expensive vehicle and become a law abiding citizen. Why does the city tolerate the same officer using an alias of Tony when Parrish is his legal name? We need to clean up our city and it should start right here. We need role models for our community. Lets get rid of those who aren't.

Why does Hillsdale MO have Gorillas hiding in the bushes on L-Hunt to trap speeders. The whole town need to be cleaned out from top to bottom.
