Hi,
I went for a Sunday drive today with my two toddlers and ended up in a creek bed wading in the water. The sign on the entrance said 'For Sale'. It is only a couple of miles from where me and my family live, but we had never noticed the place before.
My husband and I looked at each other and smiled and said, "Wouldn't you love to live here". We both nodded yes, but we both knew we could never afford it. My husband called the realtor only to find out the property owner wanted $400,000 for our little slice of heaven.
As we waded in the water, the large metal gate fell down at the entrance. It was like God was saying, "live here". We couldn't even see the house because it is up at the top of the hill (Kentucky, of course).
I am just wondering, would anyone out there want to our family's dreams come true by buying this hillside property?
I have never asked for much before...I really can't believe I am now...I know there is no way that we will ever be able to afford this...and thought some generous person who would want to make a difference in one families life.
The realtor's name is Tommy Gilvin, Sandy Stewart Realty...it is the property on Stepstone Road in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
Thank you so much.
