Downey settles wrongful death shooting for $4.5 million
The family of Michael Nida, an unarmed South Gate man shot in the back and killed by a Downey police officer in a case of mistaken identity, agreed to a settlement of $4.5 million in a federal wrongful death suit brought against the city of Downey, attorney Dale Galipo said.

I guess we need to hire cops who are psychics because the cops we currently have are just not able to do their job right. Also, to those that hate cops and are hot heads, if you run you might end up 6 feet below, but your family might be millionaires.
